There are four annual state grants which you can apply for, as described here on this copy dated 2014. The state committee chair(s) send out the current application and instructions each year with plenty of time before the due dates.
The APPROXIMATE due dates are:
Kathryn Saunders: end of September
Barbara Beetow: end of November
Ernella Hunziker: March 15th-ish
Host Chapter Grant: April or May date of state conference/convention

note: In 2025 an anonymous $12,000 donation was received and specified to support the three state grants for 10 years (the Barbara Beetow grant has its own funding source).
