Racine Tau member Jane spear-headed this project at their adopted school, Racine Alternative Learning (RAL), and members are helping her carry it out. The mural will feature the vision and mission of the school.
Here she is helping the students working on their concept ideas,
and a week later beginning to prepare the plywood sheets for painting. Tau is hoping, along with the staff, that they will be moved to a real school building sometime in the future. For that reason, putting the mural on plywood will allow it to be moved along with the programs if that comes to pass.

All any one of us can say is WOW! From our state chair, Marilyn, "I am so proud to be part of an amazing group of women who do so much for others. I am in awe of all that we do and such a great variety of activities." And from our president, Joanne, "Wow! I knew that WI sisters were amazing but seeing all of this in writing makes it even more impressive!"
