Chapter Secretaries are filling out the very easy Jotform for the Chapter Highlights Summary Form (H-114), which is due to be submitted to International by June 30th. It is easily done from the minutes and/or program schedules from your chapter. The link for it is here. After you click "Submit" an email copy is sent to you for your records.
