Racine Tau member Jane spear-headed this mural project at their adopted school, Racine Alternative Learning (RAL), and members are helping her carry it out. The mural will feature the vision and mission of the school, and will be made entirely by the students.
Here she is helping the students working on their concept ideas,
and a week later beginning to prepare the plywood sheets for painting. Tau is hoping, along with the staff, that they will be moved to a real school building sometime in the future. For that reason, putting the mural on plywood will allow it to be moved along with the programs if that comes to pass.
